How To Install PC Suite For Android English Version

PC Suite has been released new version 1.6.1 on november yesterday. You must have a PC Suite to connect your PC to Android, iPhone, and Windows Mobile.  As long as you have PC Suite, massive resources are free to access.

Listen This Step by Step :
If your phone cannot be connected, please try the following operations:
  1. If you are a GPhone or Sony Ericsson phone user, please go to “Settings->Applications->Development->USB Debugging” and check if the option is ticked. 
  2. If you are an OPhone user, please select Debug mode or ADB mode when the phone is connected.
  3. If you are a Lenovo OPhone user, please select ADB mode or Sync mode when the phone is connected.If your phone is connected over WIFI and if your phone has been rooted, the PhoneDaemon program will ask for the “Superuser Permissions” at first start, please allow it, then you can use all features of PC Suite, including Screenshot.

Bug Fixes:
  1. Fixed the issue that some phones were stuck at “Initializing connection” and couldn’t been connected normally. 
  2. Fixed the issue that resources couldn’t be downloaded normally.
  3. Fixed the issue that under some circumstances, the phone’s recognition speed was too low.
  4. Fixed the issue that under some circumstances, the interface of PC Suite had no response after the phone drivers were installed for the first time.

New Features:
  1. Officially added support for connection over WIFI. In WIFI mode, the following features are different from those in USB mode:
a)In WIFI mode, you need to complete related operations of Apps, Reinstall PhoneDaemon, Themes and Video on your phone.
b)One-key Transfer is temporarily unsupported in WIFI mode.
c)“Superuser Permissions” shall be acquired before using ScreenSnap, Full-screen ScreenSnap and PhoneDaemon.

    2.  In WIFI mode, your phone can be automatically connected.

    3.  A WIFI configuration interface has been added for PhoneDaemon, which supports:
 
a)Enable or disable “Allow WIFI Connection” to allow or not allow your phone to be connected to PC Suite over WIFI. Once the option is enabled, your battery consumption will be slightly increased.
b)Set PhoneDaemon password to prevent others to connect to your phone over WIFI.
c)Check your phone’s current IP address.
d)Disconnect your phone’s connection with a designated PC at anytime.

  4. Added the smart driver installation feature. Now once your phone is successfully recognized as an Android phone, PC Suite will smartly generate corresponding drivers and attempt to install the drivers for your phone.

  5. Added support for .npk apps. Now you can install .npk apps through Apps feature. Installing .npk apps can prevent your phone installing any unnecessary data packages contained in downloaded apps.

Feature Improvements:
  1. Apps feature has been optimized for connection over WIFI. Now when you are installing or uninstalling apps in WIFI mode, related prompts will pop up to guide you to complete related operations on your phone. 
  2. Video: improved display of online video pages. Now you can directly click a video link to download the video and then upload it to your phone directly.

Bug Fixes:
  1. Video: fixed the repeated upload issue of videos. 
  2. Photos: fixed the issue that on some phones, pictures couldn’t be normally shown under a corresponding photo category. 
  3. One-key Transfer: fixed the issue that when One-key Transfer was being done between an Android phone and a WM phone, the transferring interface became blank and the transferring couldn’t proceed.

In this articles, i want to share about how to make a dual boot OS between Windows Mobile or Android at you startup your HTC HD2 Android Mobile. Now you can install dual boot of OS mobile for HTC HD2. HTC HD2 is so powerfull Smartphone. Many users have dual-booted their HD2 with Android, but selecting which OS the device boots into at startup can be a hassle. Courtesy of the developers at XDA-Developers, you can now choose at startup whether your phone boots into Android or Windows Mobile using a small program.

It's Simply Tutorial :
  1. download the AndroidWindowsBoot.zip file from here 
  2. Connect your phone to your computer via USB and transfer the CAB file anywhere on your device. To install Android Windows Boot, your phone must be booted into Windows Mobile.
  3. On your phone, run ‘File Explorer’ from the start menu and navigate to the location where you saved the cab file. Simply tap on it to install, and you are done.
  4. Now when you reboot your device, it will ask you at startup whether you want to boot into Android or Windows Mobile.
  5. By default, the application will boot into Android after 5 seconds if the user does not make a choice within that time. Those who find this delay inconvenient can change it by editing the “\Program Files\Android Windows Boot\Delay.txt” file.
In case you do not have Android installed on your device, the option to boot into Android will be disabled, so you can even choose to install Android after installing this application.

Android Windows Boot has been tested to work on HTC HD2 but may work on other phones running Windows Mobile as well. It will NOT work on Windows Phone 7. via xda forum

Modified Gmail.apk For Android to Showing Complete Image

In default of android applications Gmail.apk generally can not display the image in gmail messages. Maybe you feel disturbed over an inconvenience for those features. At this time, tips you can modif Gmail.apk application in order to display the image in your email. Anderdroid, Android developers and hackers at XDA Forums, has released a modded version of Gmail.apk for Android phones That allows you to completely download and view images Within an email.

The trick is as follows :
  1. The first step is to download the modified Gmail.apk file from here and save it on your desktop.
  2. Once done, connect your phone to the computer, mount SD and copy earlier downloaded APK file to SD card root.
  3. Now launch Market on your phone and download Astro File Manager.
  4. Once the download is complete, launch Astro File Manager and install the Gmail.apk file following onscreen instructions.
  5. Once the installation is complete, exit file manager and tap on Gmail icon on home screen.
  6. Now open any email with images to crosscheck if this really worked.
